✦ Payment & Refunds
• Payments are accepted only via PayPal (Ko-fi may be added in the future).
• Payment is made after the sketch phase is completed, once all details are confirmed and you’ve approved the sketch.
• If payment is not received within the agreed timeframe (2–3 days unless otherwise discussed), I may cancel the commission.
• After payment, only small edits (like minor color adjustments in flat color) are possible. I decide what qualifies as a small edit.
• Larger changes may require additional fees.
• Refunds are only possible if:
o the agreed deadline is missed, or
o coloring has not yet started.

✦ Work Process & Timeline
• You’ll receive regular progress updates with watermarked previews.
• As I am also a student, commissions will take 3–4 weeks up to 2 months, depending on project size and workload.
• I will always inform you if there are any delays or schedule changes.

Any content that is NSFW, suggestive, spicy, or intended for mature audiences is strictly 18+ only.
Minors are not permitted to view, bid on, inquire about, or purchase such content.4. No Transactions With Children,
Buyers under 13 years old are not permitted to make purchases directly. Any transaction involving a child must be handled entirely by the parent or legal guardian5. Responsibility for Age Verification
By purchasing, bidding, or commissioning, the buyer confirms that:They are at least 18 years oldThey are legally allowed to enter a binding financial agreementThey are using their own funds or funds they are legally authorized to use6. False Information
Providing false information regarding age or legal eligibility will result in:Immediate cancellation of the transactionPermanent refusal of future servicesNo refund if digital content has already been delivered7. Right to Refuse Service
The seller reserves the absolute right to refuse or cancel any transaction at any stage if there is any doubt about the buyer’s age, legal capacity, or compliance with this policy.8. Legal Protection
The seller assumes no liability for purchases made in violation of this policy, including misuse of payment methods, misrepresentation of age, or unauthorized transactions.

✦ Usage Rights (Client)
• You may post the artwork on social media as long as you credit me clearly.
• You may use the artwork as a profile picture (credit is appreciated but not required).
• Do not edit, trace, or remove the watermark without my permission.
• Without purchasing commercial rights, you are not allowed to modify or resell my artwork in any form.
• These terms can change if you purchase full rights to the artwork. This will be clearly stated in the description and confirmed privately.
• If any of these rules are broken, you will be blacklisted, and I may warn other artists about your behavior.

✦ Artist’s Rights
• Unless commercial rights are purchased, I retain full rights to the artwork.
• Unless otherwise agreed, I may post the finished piece in my portfolio or use it for promotional purposes.
• I will never resell your commissioned artwork.
